Recap.
Had a full but fun day up in Londontown. Ginny did tag along, which made for much fun, and we all met up with Hermione in Diagon Alley, where we wound up spending most of the day, except for when we wandered out into London proper for lunch. Detoured by the apothecary and stocked up on some potion supplies, I was running out of beetle eyes and snake scales.
We must have stopped in every shop; it was loads of fun. Fred, George and I treated the girls to huge sundaes at Fortescue's towards the end of the afternoon. Saw some interesting characters wandering around the alley, as well as a couple of yearmates. No teachers, though. I'd love to catch Snape getting fitted at Madam Malkin's or Underwood having a geekgasm in Flourish and Blotts. Hell, even Professor McGonagall trying new hats or something. Be a laugh, wouldn't it?
